Just a couple ground rules first:

  • I'm not your therapist, so please don't assume I am open to holding space for venting, listening to trauma dumping, or regulating your emotions for you. If you're ever in doubt, just ask me and I'll tell you honestly where my boundaries are. We like communication in this house.
  • I sometimes get overwhelmed with replies, so it might take me a bit to get back to you, if I can at all. Nothing personal, just working with the abilities and little spare time I have.
  • Be mindful of how posting art publicly is really weird. You might know a lot of my very personal thoughts before ever talking to me. Or vice versa. With that in mind, let's just do our best to treat each other with respect and like other people in real life. Because behind your and my screen, that's who we are.
  • Lastly, I am quite broke, so please don't ask for money. You're more likely to find cash in your couch cushion than my wallet, even if it's for a really good cause.
